SZ Serial Gearbox for Conical Twin-Screw Rod Extruder

一、概述
    SZ系列錐形雙螺桿擠出機(jī)齒輪箱是與錐形雙螺桿塑料擠出機(jī)配套的專用傳動裝置。該齒輪箱由減速箱與分配箱兩部份組成，可將電機(jī)動力經(jīng)減速增扭后，輸出至分配箱，再通過分配箱一對1：1傳動比的小錐角螺旋齒輪，驅(qū)動雙出軸（兩軸夾角與兩螺桿夾角相同），帶動螺桿以異向外旋的方式運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

    SZ Serial Gearbox for Conical Twin-Screw Rod Extruder is a special driving unit matched with conical twin-screw rod extruder.it consists of two parts,namely,the reduction box and the distribution box.After reducing speed and increasing torque of the motor,it outputs the motive power to the distribution box,then drives the double output sharts(the included angle is the same with that of twin-screw rods) via a pair of small conical spiral gears with driving ratio of 1:1,thus to drive screw rods to totate outward with different direction.

二、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn) Features of Product：
    1、齒輪箱齒輪采用漸開線圓柱齒輪，其參數(shù)、結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)過計(jì)算機(jī)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。
    2、減速箱齒輪材料采用優(yōu)質(zhì)高強(qiáng)度低碳合金鋼，經(jīng)滲碳、淬火處理，采用磨齒工藝，齒面硬度高，承載能力大，噪音小，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，傳動效率高。
    3、分配箱箱體材料為球鐵，齒輪為磨齒高強(qiáng)度齒輪，內(nèi)部布有蛇形冷卻水管。
    4、齒輪箱輸入最高轉(zhuǎn)速一般不大于1500r/min.
    5、工作環(huán)境溫度－10－+40℃，當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度低于0℃時(shí)，啟動前潤滑油應(yīng)加熱到+10℃。
   

    1、There are involute cylindrical gears in the gearbox,which data and structure are optimally designed by the computer.
    2、the gears are made of top-quality high-strength low carbon alloy steel arter carbon penetrating,quench and teeth grinding.It has high hardness on teeth surface,large bearing ability,small noise,smooth operation and high driving efficiency.
    3、The material of the distribution box is nodular graphite casting iron and the gears have high-strength ground teeth.in which snake-shaped cooling water pipes are distribubted.
    4、the maxmum input speed of the gearbox is normally not larger than 1500 rpm.
    5、The temperature in work enviroment is -10℃～-45℃.When temperature is lower than 0℃,the lubticant oil should be preheated to +10℃ before starting.
